Some new complaints have been registered against Google in Europe.

The search engine is about to come under scrutiny after complaints were filed over possible unfair competition.

Complaints to the European Commission were brought by three companies, including the Microsoft Bing service, to say that Google has been suppressing their sites and failing in its terms and conditions.

Google has said it will answer any questions about its service put to it by the European Commission and will assure members that its business operates within European competition law.
