American singer Jessica Simpson says speaking to her best friends is the 'best therapy' for her.

The 30-year-old beauty, who is currently dating former National Football League player Eric Johnson, is happy to answer anything she is asked by her close friends as she believes it is the only way to become a better person, reports people.com.

'I really believe that somebody should just sit in front of their best friend in the world and have their friend ask any and every question - offensive or not. And whatever it is, answer it. That's your therapy. Really tackling those issues inside and out,' she said.
